A landlady, Monica (Dana Vespoli), has rented out a room in her home but now wants it back. But the tenant, Vicki (Kimmy Kimm), refuses to move yet since her lease isn’t up. Figuring that she really has nothing to lose but everything to gain, Monica cheekily tries to inconvenience Vicki in various ways in order to get her to voluntarily leave. However, Vicki is onto her, and holds her own… until Monica one day really ups the ante by strutting around the house naked, claiming to be a nudist! Vicki, feeling rather lusty now, gives in and says she’ll move out IF they have sex. Monica eagerly agrees!
